VGMA spent some time with the organisers and participants of the 2013 Explay Global Games Jam - it was a sight and experience to behold.

Although all glued to their screens and intensely ‘collabing’ - we grabbed some interview time with the participants of the 2013 Explay Global Games Jam: asking them about their interpretation of the design brief & thoughts towards the job at hand.

A quirky Rag Time piece written back in 2009 - ‘Über’ dramatic and ‘Über’ quirky!

VGM-a-thon 2012: 48hr video game making event: Making Of - COMING SOON! Available 31st January 2013 from www.infiniteplayground.co.uk

As an extra, The VGMA Team sought to find out just how withstanding a communication device could be in the shape of Crofty’s phone……hmmmmm???

Now in 2013, a rosy horizon blossoms.

Bristol based Reel People Films are set to produce their first feature using the depth of talent from it’s front door step: Bristol.

I myself am fortunate enough to have been granted the position of music lead to help guide the emotional leverage via original music across an anthology film that spans a whopping 10 shorts: all complete with an individual director.

This is one behemoth project and will surely prove to be one of 2013’s biggest highlights already!

— Still living by this - thank you Sir Hull!

Well 2012 - what a year!

With it came an massive influx of hard fought and well produced projects that developed all talent involved whilst making for one of the most creative years of my professional life.

A collection of images that highlight some of the finer 2012 moments - all projects came with their challenges and huge achievements!

'28 Sundays Later' - shooting begins…

And so the first day’s shoot of ‘28 Sundays Later’ wraps up!

An early start was of the utmost importance to capture every necessary shot before loosing sunlight mid-afternoon. The selected locations for the first days shoot proved effective; giving the reference material charm to smile at!

FFTB currently has another days worth of ‘pick-ups’ and additional scenes to shoot, but we can expect a completed short in early 2013!

One cut palm, a bruised chin and a punched face later - ‘28 Sundays Later’ looks set to be a thrilling sequel to 2011’s ‘Sunday of Justice’.
